What can you engrave on a watch caseback?

We can engrave initials, names, dates, coordinates, short messages, and handwritten text. If you have a specific idea, reach out and we'll let you know if it's feasible.

What materials can be engraved?

We work on stainless steel, titanium, and solid metal casebacks. We do not engrave on sapphire crystal, ceramic, or plastic casebacks.

Will I see a preview before you engrave?

Yes — always. Every order includes a digital mockup for your approval before we begin. We won't touch your watch until you've confirmed the design.

How do I send my watch to you?

After placing your order, you'll receive shipping instructions by email. We recommend using a tracked, insured shipping method. We'll return your watch via tracked shipping as well.

How long does engraving take?

Our standard turnaround is 3–5 business days from the time we receive your watch and approve the mockup. Rush options may be available — contact us before ordering.

Can you engrave a watch I didn't buy from you?

Absolutely. Our engraving service works on any compatible watch caseback, regardless of where you purchased it.

What if I'm not happy with the result?

We stand behind our work. If the engraving doesn't match the approved mockup, we'll make it right. Please review our Refund Policy for full details.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide. International shipping times and costs vary by destination. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also track your order through your account on our website.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn't entered production, we can usually accommodate changes or cancellations. Contact us as soon as possible at the email on your order confirmation.

What watch sizes fit in your storage products?

Our watch rolls, boxes, and trays are designed to fit most watches up to approximately 50mm case diameter. If you have an oversized piece, feel free to ask before ordering.

Do your watch rolls fit watches with large straps or bracelets?

Yes. Our rolls and trays accommodate both leather straps and metal bracelets of standard widths.
