TimeMakerCNC is a premium custom watch engraving and watch accessories business. We offer personalized caseback engraving services and curated watch accessories including watch rolls, storage cases, travel cases, tools, and care products.

2. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

3. Custom Engraving Orders

Custom engraving is a personalized, irreversible service. By placing a custom engraving order, you agree to the following:

• You will receive a digital mockup for review and approval before any engraving begins.
• Engraving will not proceed without your written confirmation of the mockup.
• Once you approve the mockup and engraving is completed, the order is non-refundable.
• You are responsible for shipping your watch to us safely, with appropriate tracking and insurance.
• TimeMakerCNC is not liable for damage caused during transit to or from our facility, unless caused by our error.

4. Shipping

Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control. Please review our full Shipping & Returns policy for details.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted on eligible watch accessory items within 30 days of delivery. Custom engraving orders are non-refundable after mockup approval. Please review our full Shipping & Returns policy for details.

7. Limitation of Liability
