Watch Accessories (Standard Products)
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on watch accessory items (watch rolls, watch boxes, travel cases, tools, care products) that are:
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- In unused, original condition with original packaging
- Not damaged by the customer
How to Initiate a Return
Please contact us before sending anything back. We'll provide return instructions and a return address. Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Custom Engraving Orders
Non-Refundable After Approval
Custom engraving orders are non-refundable once the engraving is completed and you have approved the mockup. Because each engraving is unique and irreversible, we cannot issue refunds after work has been performed.
Mockup Review
You will always receive a digital mockup before any engraving begins. It is your responsibility to review the mockup carefully and request changes before approving. We will not proceed without your written confirmation.
If We Make an Error
If the finished engraving does not match the approved mockup due to our error, we will correct it at no additional cost.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom engraved items (after engraving approval)
- Items returned after 30 days
- Items that show signs of use or damage by the customer
